When populations of broad/russet mites are high, we recommend 4 tbsp/gallon of Grandevo.

Basic Use Instructions
Apply Regalia preventatively, as a part of your program, before diseases gain a foothold. Follow soil applications with foliar applications for improved disease control.

What are the use rates for foliar applications?

  • Regalia CG 2-6 tbsp./gallon (of water applied at 2 gallons per 1,000 sq. ft.)
  • Grandevo CG 2-4 tbsp./gallon (of water/ 1,000 sq. ft).
  • Venerate CG 2-4 tbsp./gallon (of water/ 1,000 sq.ft.)

Do soil/drench applications provide control of diseases, insects or mites on foliage?

No.

What is the application frequency of the sprays for insect or mite control?

  • When pests are present, spray every 3rd day until control is achieved (normally within 7-10 days)
  • Spray on 5 to 7 day maintenance schedule for preventing new infestations

Can you tank mix the products?

  • Regalia CG can be tank mixed with either Grandevo CG or Venerate CG
  • Do not tank mix Grandevo CG and Venerate CG together as there is no synergistic response and no benefit in doing so. Rotation of Grandevo CG and Venerate CG is recommended.
  • Tank mix Regalia CG at the 1 – 2 tbsp. rate with either Grandevo CG or Venerate CG for plant health benefits.

Regalia CG disease control: use 2 tbsp./gallon (of water, applied at 2 gallons per 1,000 sq. ft.) every 7 days if disease is present until plants are clean; then apply Regalia CG at 2 tbsp./gallon (per 1,000 sq. ft.) every 7 days for preventive maintenance.

Regalia CG Plant health: use 2 tbsp./gallon (per 1,000 sq. ft.) with insect control sprays. Use 2-6 tbsp./gallon (per 1,000 sq. ft.) for plant health drench or foliar sprays; can be tank mixed with fertility programs.

OMRI listed, 4 hour re-entry period, 0 day Pre harvest, Can be used until 4 hours before harvest, Easy on beneficial insects

What pests are controlled with your products?

  • Regalia CG = Powdery Mildew and Plant health
  • Grandevo CG and Venerate CG = Mites, aphids (foliar and root), thrips and caterpillars.

What is the ideal preventative maintenance IPM program for these products?

  • Regalia CG for powdery mildew and plant health:
    – Start at Transplant with Regalia CG. Using Regalia CG as a foliar spray & drench is the best way to use Regalia CG.
    – Using Regalia CG as a soil drench at transplant at 2-6 tbsp./gallon, or root dip at 1 tbsp./ gallon
    – Once plants are established (minimum 10 days after a transplant treatment), use Regalia CG as a soil drench every 10 days at the rate of 2 tbsp./gallon.
  • For foliar use, apply 1-2tbsp. /gallon, applied at 2 gallons (per 1,000 sq. ft.) every week (7 days) till 2nd week of flowering.
    – Grandevo CG for early insect control.
    Use Grandevo CG as a foliar application at a rate of 2-4 tbsp./gallon (of water/1,000 sq. ft.)
    Apply every 10-14 days unless heavy insect pressure is present, then see infestation program sheet.
    Apply every 10 days until the 2nd week of flowering.
    Oroboost is recommended as a wetting agent at a rate of 1-2 tsp per gallon of water.
    It is recommended to have the water pH at 6.0 to 8.0 for optimal effect.- Venerate CG for insect control:
    Use Venerate CG as a foliar application at a rate of 2-4 tbsp. /gallon (per 1,000 sq. ft.) weekly (7 days) until the 2nd week of flowering.

When will you have product ready?

  • We have product now and have more in production.

When will CA have the CG products?

  • All labels have been submitted for review. We are expecting to see Regalia CG and Grandevo CG as early as July 1, but it could be into August
  • Venerate CG has to go through an additional data review and therefore will likely not be available near term in CA.

What is the shelf life of your products?

  • Regalia CG – 3 years
  • Grandevo CG – 3 years
  • Venerate CG – 2 years

What pH levels are required for the products?

  • All the products are fairly tolerant to varying pH levels but it is optimal to stay within 6-9 pH
